Sheffield S10 · Serviced accommodation
A self-contained two-bedroom apartment set up for project teams, engineers and business travellers — for a week, a month, or the length of the job.
Sheffield S10
EazyStayCo runs a fully furnished apartment on Commonside in Sheffield S10, let directly to contractors, engineers, tradespeople and project staff working in and around the city. You book the whole property rather than a room in a building: two bedrooms, four beds, space for up to five people, two showers, a full kitchen, a washing machine and a private terrace.
Most of our guests are here for work rather than a weekend away, and the flat is run accordingly. Self check-in means arrival times can follow the job rather than a reception desk. The broadband holds up for video calls. There is a proper surface to work at, and enough storage and laundry capacity that a four-week placement does not start to feel like camping.
Bookings are made straight through this site, with an invoice issued in the company's name where a business is paying. No platform sits in the middle, so if dates shift or a project overruns, you speak to the people who actually run the property.
Who it suits
With four beds across two bedrooms, the apartment works particularly well for a team travelling together. Three or four colleagues can share one property, split the cost, and cook and eat together at the end of a shift instead of scattering across separate hotel rooms.
Construction & site teams
Crews working on projects across Sheffield who would rather stay together than book several rooms.
Engineers & technical staff
Commissioning, maintenance and installation work with long or irregular hours.
Consultants & corporate travellers
A quiet, private base with a workspace for the evening's admin.
Agencies & project managers
Booking on behalf of staff placed in Sheffield temporarily — one contact, one invoice.
Rates for longer bookings are quoted per stay rather than per person, so the cost per head falls as the team size rises.
Serviced accommodation vs hotels
Hotels are built around one or two nights. Once a placement runs into weeks, both the maths and the day-to-day comfort start to work differently.

Length of stay
The apartment is set up for stays measured in weeks rather than nights. Weekly and monthly rates are available, and longer bookings are priced on request — the longer the stay, the better the nightly rate tends to be.
For extended bookings we can issue a rental agreement and invoice the company directly, which is usually what a finance department needs before a placement is signed off. If a project overruns, extensions are handled with us rather than through a platform's rebooking system, so dates can often be moved without losing the property.

Location
The apartment is on Commonside in Sheffield S10, on the western side of the city. It is a residential neighbourhood with shops, pubs and cafés close by — which matters when you are staying long enough to want somewhere to walk to in the evening.
From S10 there is straightforward access into Sheffield city centre and out towards the ring road and the wider region, and the Peak District begins just west of the city.
Free on-street parking is available in the surrounding streets, subject to availability. Spaces are not allocated to the property and cannot be reserved, so if the team is arriving in several vans it is worth planning for that.
Questions
How many people can stay in the apartment?
Up to five guests, across two bedrooms with four beds in total.
Do you take bookings from companies?
Yes. Companies, recruitment agencies and project managers can book on behalf of staff, and we can invoice the business directly. Use the company rate form below with your dates and headcount.
Is there a minimum stay for contractors?
Shorter bookings are possible, but the flat is aimed at weekly and longer stays and is priced accordingly. Extended bookings are quoted on request.
Is there parking at the property?
There is free on-street parking in the surrounding streets, subject to availability. It is not private or reserved parking, and a space cannot be guaranteed.
Can we cook and do laundry at the flat?
Yes. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine in the property, which is what makes longer stays workable.
Is the Wi-Fi good enough to work from?
The flat has fast broadband and a workspace suitable for laptop use, including video calls.
How does check-in work?
Self check-in, so arrival can flex around travel and site hours. Access details are sent before you arrive.
Can we extend if the project runs longer?
Extensions are handled directly with us and depend on availability. Telling us early gives the best chance of holding the dates.
Book direct
No platform commission, a direct line to the people who run the property, and an invoice in your company's name where you need one.
