The apartment is on Commonside in Sheffield S10 — the western side of the city, in the same district as the university's western campus and the Glossop Road area. It is a residential neighbourhood with cafés, shops and pubs nearby, which makes a pleasant place to come back to after a day on campus.
You book the whole property, not a room in it: two bedrooms, four beds, space for five guests, two showers, a full kitchen, a washing machine, a workspace and a private terrace. Everything is furnished and equipped, and check-in is self-service, so a late train or a long flight doesn't create a problem on arrival.

Beyond the campus
S10 is a good side of the city to be based on. The Botanical Gardens, the Endcliffe and Porter Valley parks and a string of independent cafés and pubs are all in this part of Sheffield, and the walk down the valley is one of the better ways to spend a free morning.
The city centre, the theatres and the train station are reachable by bus or car, and the Peak District National Park lies just west of the city — close enough that a visiting family can spend an afternoon in the hills and be back for dinner.
For guests here on a longer visit that mix tends to be the point: a working base in a real neighbourhood, with a national park on the doorstep.
